Is this case compatible with a NZXT kraken z63 null

Hi, Yes, that cooler is compatible with our 4000 Series cases. The radiator + fans may be mounted at the top or front of this case. If mounting atop, low-profile RAM such as our LPX RAM would be required. If you have any additional questions, we'd be happy to help: help.corsair.com -Albert

If trying to top mount, yes and no. Tall ram and motherboard block it. It’s possible if your ram is short and the cover over the IO connector ports isn’t massive. Front mount, yes I have a ASUS PRIME Z590A and TidentZ RGB ram. The motherboard doesn’t have a problem but it BARELY fits. The ram though is just a few centimeters too long so I can’t install the Kraken z63 on top.

I can’t answer for side mounting, but my experience from top mounting is subjective. I have Corsair dominator platinum RAM that is very tall, and my kraken didn’t fit. So I had to go for a Corsair AIO that fit perfectly. I’d imagine you shouldn’t have any issue side mounting though.
