If it's a Dell MB, probably not. They tend to make everything proprietary to their cases. If it's an ATX motherboard then yes it will fit.

Our case supports standard ATX, microATX, and E-ATX form factors. If your motherboard is one of these and has the standard mounting holes, you should be able to properly install your motherboard in this case. -Brian
