Will this be compatible with LGA 1700 null

Yes. I use it with my i9 12900K. It keeps my CPU temps in 60-65C range in heavy load. I should caution you... You might be better off getting the Corsair iCUE H170i instead if your trying to use it for a 13900k. The fans are very loud and cable management is really hard to do successfully with Corsair RGB.
