“The Best Buy page seems to have some weird thing with an option saying 240mm or 360mm (It will grey out the white option if you try to press 360mm instead of 240mm) So is the white option 360mm or would I just end up buying the 240mm option?”

I noticed the same issue with that smaller box having the 240mm highlighted while the 360mm was not selectable. If the main text shows this - " CORSAIR - iCUE H150i ELITE LCD XT 120mm Fans + 360mm Radiator Liquid Cooling System with IPS LCD Screen - White-" Then you should get the white 360mm. It worked for me at least.
