TL;DR: Just put it on the front behind the fans. Below is a good AIO if you want to mount something on the top. You're going to want to place it behind the front intake fans of the case with the tubes on the upper side(For a 360mm). This way air bubbles don't form and it will look a good bit nicer (Also the tubes might be a little tense if you place it with the tubes down). Below I will list the full compatibility for each spot. Front (behind fans) 360mm or 280mm (360mm preferably) Bottom (Not under, but on the bottom) 240 or 280 Rear 140 or 120 Top (Inside obviously) 240 or 280. Whether you go with 360 or 280 or 240 or 280, 140 or 120, is really up to you, but for the sake of keeping my OCD in check, please go with 360mm on the front, or 240 on the top or bottom. Don't go with a rear AIO. That would be really weird.
