• Yes, as long as you plug the power cable into your motherboard fan headers they are. (So don’t plug the power cables into a Corsair commander core/pro, just the RGB cables). Hope this helps!

• Hi Hunter, Our SP120 RGB PRO fans are not PWM, they have 3-pin connections. Our other RGB fans (HD, LL, QL, ML) have PWM connections. Please let us know if you have any other questions: support.corsair.com -Albert
