“1. Does this require software download to the PC to work? 2. Are the buttons all fully customizable? 3. Once a profile is on board does it need to have the software downloaded on every PC in order to use? 4. What’s the battery life on a charge?”

I do not recommend that you use this mouse. The one we bought never charged and would only work with the cable attached. The software to allow "Slipstream" to function never would work properly and it was never able to connect wirelessly to my laptop.

However, it is recommended to fully utilize this mouse. iCUE provides access to firmware updates, lighting customization, and button assignments/remapping. Since the IRONCLAW RGB WIRELESS has onboard memory, you may save up to three profiles with customized lighting and functions - allowing you to fully utilize this mouse without iCUE actively running. A single charge with the IRONCLAW RGB WIRELESS offers up to 50 hours of battery life.
