“Is the keyboard zone lighting compatible with Alienware AlienFX software that comes pre-packaged on Alienware systems? Or are the lighting effects for the Corsair only programmable through the Corsair software?”

Hello Mike, None of our keyboards would be compatible with 3rd party lighting software at this time, you'd have to use iCue. If you have any other questions, please reach out: support.corsair.com

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not sure if it has fully programmable capabilities. Although it has color change, color intensity, preset color patterns, and personal profile settings saves, it may be limited to lighting circuitry program choices imbedded in the circuitry within. It does have 128KB of onboard flash memory storage, but I'm not sure if it is just for memory of the 6 additional programmable Macro Keys and lighting preferences saves. It does have additional dedicated multimedia, volume up and down keys.
