Hi Harris, The blue macro keys come included with the keyboard packaging and can be changed w/ ease.

Please try again later.The keyboard comes stock with silver textured "game" buttons (G1-G6), but comes with 6 blue textured "stream" or macro buttons (S1-S6) you can easily swap out for. I think they realize the majority of people who use the hotkeys are still using them for gaming, thus still leave them as gaming keys with the same color scheme used with the swappable keys for your usual gaming. The ability to swap them to blue macro keys is certainly there, though, and can be done in less than a minute if you are using them for macros, streaming, or other use with the Stream Deck software.

It does not include key caps to make it match the rest of the keyboard though. It also includes key caps to update the gaming keys to match the gray coloring.
