“I have gotten all three fans to power on and the rgb is working, but the fans are NOT being recognized by my icue software. Only my Corsair rgb Ram is. I have the command node plugged into a usb pin on the motherboard, so I don't what im doing wrong?”

You did not hook something up right. There is a video by YouTuber - Gear Seekers - on exactly how to hook everything up. Plus, the Corsair RGB Fusion software does not work with RGB fans. It only works with RAM and MOBO. The iCUE software is for the fans. There are videos on YouTube that show you how to use it too. Check out the pictures of my first RGB build.
