• There should be a manual for your motherboard that depicts where to plug in your 24 pin and 8/4 pin connector, as for the pcie devices if your GPU requires external power you will typically have a slot for it near the back of the card

• The cpu should be pluged 2 of the three. There was a cable included that adapted the 12pin hypr on the power supply to 2 8 pin gpu cables. Hope this helped
