• Corsair states to use theirs. While your current cables will probably work, it isn’t recommended.

• It’s always a good idea to switch the cables i ran into a problem and there weren’t the same as the others

• ALWAYS use the cables that come with the PSU, even if it's from the same line/manufacturer. There's a chance upgrading from, say, a 750w Corsair to a 1000w Corsair may work, but it's highly likely the pinout on the PSU is going to be the same between brands.
