Please try again later.This mouse has a "BAD" reputation for problems with the scroll wheel, apparently the plastic used in the part is just poor and the shaft inside breaks a lot if you've only had it a year it's still under warranty get a replacement. If you're lucky enough to own a 3D printer I've seen a couple of web sites where printer instructions have been posted for making a new one. The other issue I've read about, also with the scroll wheel is not the wheel part itself but the small part next to it that has to do with function reports are saying to lubricate that part and fix some issues. Check reddit there are at least four or five posts about it.
