• Technically, these are different Cherry MX switches altogether. These are an exclusive mechanical key specific to Corsair. They are noticeably more quiet than any serious mechanical switch I have had the experience to type or game with.

• It has something different - the MX silent (their new patented switch). The keys give me a bit stronger resistance than the cherry blacks on the keyboard I used to use, but I after a day or two of use I didn't notice it at all.

• Neither, They are closest to browns but have special gaskets that make them quieter. They arent as tactile as reds or blacks but you still have good feel, they are just quieter.
