Yes but only on the part that goes attached to the heat sink

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is more designed for use in electronics, but considering that it is non-conductive and for general use, you might be able to get away with it. If the ignition control module manufacture says to use a specific type of paste, use that instead. I'm sure there are automotive pastes specifically designed for this application.
