Hi, Please check your monitor's specifications to see if it has a higher refresh rate than 144Hz. If it does, you'll be able to adjust the refresh rate via NVIDIA Control Panel or Windows' Display Settings. If you have any additional questions, we'd be happy to assist: help.corsair.com -Albert
