• this works. 5600x doesnt work with ddr5.

• If you're using a next gen socket and motherboard then its most likely using ddr5 if not then it should be fine

• Hello, The motherboard's manual should have a QVL which will list kits tested to be compatible, please refer to it closely to avoid any incompatibilities. -Art
