“I have a HP Pavilion Desktop 570-p020 with 1 8GB slot filled and 3 empty slots. Says it takes a 8GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM. 1 of these should work to bring me up to 16GB total. Question is will the corsair 8GB work??”

as long it says DDR4-2400 it dont matter the brand and make sure its for pc and not laptop

Please try again later.Hi tomcat, I'm afraid I don't recommend adding memory that is not the exact same kind as it may act up on you and not be fully compatible or compatible at all. However, I've seen other users have success so it could also work. This specific module should work by itself in that system you describe.
