can I run 144fps on Fortnite null

Cannot really answer that question, this depends on a number of things. Do you have a 144htz monitor? If you do not, then the answer is no.

Depends on your GPU and resolution. If you have a 1660 ti or up you should have no issue with 1440p on fortnight. Im not sure about 1080p because i game on 1440p. but fortnight is easy to run with an average GPU. Your ram will have little to do with this unless you have under 8 gb.
