It's easiest to call the CYBERPOWERPC tech support regarding ram compatibility for a quicker answer than going through the steps on your own. Typically in the lower left corner you would click on the search bar and type in system information and click on the app to open it.. about halfway down the page you will see a listing for baseboard manufacturer and base board product.. you would then go to the board manufacturers website and search for Memory QVL for the information listed in baseboard product in system information. It's easier just to call tech support for most. Their hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 8:30AM - 6PM PST | Saturday 9:30AM - 3PM PST
