These are the exact sticks that I used to upgrade my 2019 5K 27" i Mac. I had two computers to upgrade so bought 4x kits which equals 8x 16GB sticks total. My iMac was able to accommodate 4 sticks @ 4x 16GB = 64GB of DDR4 RAM. The Ram showed up immediately upon boot as 64GBs of Ram. If you are looking for higher capacity, you may have to look elsewhere as the 32GB sticks seem to be hard to come by. The iMac is said to accommodate up to 4x 32GB sticks which would give you a total of 128GB of RAM.
