“Can I answer a phone call while on wireless using just the Corsair Virtuoso RGB Wireless SE headset. Can I answer from the headset and not having to access my laptop? This is a call center scenario. Not gaming.”

• Hi TO, You would need to answer a call on your computer for the headset to get audio access, there isn't a mappable button on the headset. -Brian

• This is a gaming headset. About the only button on the device is a mute on and off. Wireless meaning you can walk away from the computer and stay connected. Not leave the computer then connect.
