QuestionI'm looking to set this up wirelessly with mobile. I don't have an aux port, so wireless is all I can do. The only thing I can think of is purchasing a USB C (From my phone) to USB A connector. Just want to know if other people have had success with this.

- Answer Don’t believe there is a way because the wireless feature has a usb anyways. If it was Bluetooth, that’d be a different story. As far as connecting wirelessly to your phone, don’t believe it will work

- Answer No, not unless you turn it on. The sound quality will be worse if you leave the headset on, while the 3.5 mm jack is in place. You’re better off keeping the headset turned off, and leaving the cable in place.

QuestionI see in the item name that you say it's Stereo, but they should actually be capable of 7.1 surround sound. Can you please confirm these are not just stereo? Just making sure I get the same that's advertised on Corsair's own website.

- Answer It will connect to a 3.5 jack. This headset doesn't have Bluetooth at all. It uses Corsair proprietary tech called slipstream for wireless connections.

- Answer No there is no button on the headsets to do this but you may be able to set something up with windows voice control.

- Answer I m pretty sure they fixed that issue but many people are still reporting that the non se version has a better mic. Your better off getting the non se version if you really care about the mic.

- Answer i treid plugging the usb into my xbox one and it didnt work. It only worked when i plugged the 3.5mm jack into the headset and controller.
