I m pretty sure they fixed that issue but many people are still reporting that the non se version has a better mic. Your better off getting the non se version if you really care about the mic.

Please try again later.I would recommend a Youtube channel by the name of HardwareCanucks and search for the headset review, in there they test the two mics and Yes, it turns out the non SE mic is better than the SE version for some strange reason, and its a lot thicker looking so you would think it would be much better
