“Hey I bought this headsets and when I connected this to my laptop, I can just hear the things of the headsets but not the audio of my laptop. I tried all but I don’t know what to do, please someone know what’s the problem?”

• Delete ICUE if you have it, it's terrible and can cause these issues. Delete the generic driver too, restart the computer. The driver can be found in the device manager, audio inputs, and outputs. Make sure your Bluetooth dongle is also working properly and connected.

• Go to the little speaker at the bottom right corner and click it - select VOID wireless as your output.
