A:AnswerYes absolutely can be used while charging. Not sure on the full charge time, I usually plug it in while not in use and it has never once died while using it. They quote a life of 16 hours, far more I could ever use in one session.
A:AnswerMake sure you don't have priority override turned on in your game settings, and in your computer's audio settings. Also, do you have the device support service from Corsair set up? I'd ask the manufacturer for help if it's not a settings issue through your game or your system.
