many of corsair products are controlled through software called the 'corsair utility engine' CUE.....if corsair writes the software for mac then it works, if not...then youll probably need some better work around

Yes it is mac compatible, however you won't be able to install any Corsair software, it is Windows only. I am using it on my iMac and wired or wireless it works just fine.
