How do i get my usb dongle for my Corsair void fixed? my dongle's plug became bent when its plug came loose and began to hang, then my friend tries to fix it and breaks off the plug and snaps off one of the usb prongs. I NEED HELP WITH THIS!

either contact the store to see if you are still under warranty. otherwise you can contact Cosair itself to workout how to get a replacement usb cable

Call Corsair's customer support. I have not yet had a problem they could not resolve.

Just submit a ticket to Corsair at: https://corsair.secure.force.com

They will either replace it for you, or allow you to purchase the spare part.
