Is this compatible and usable with Macs? null

As of now: The XENEON EDGE can be used as an additional touchscreen monitor with macOS, but it is not compatible with the macOS version of iCUE software. This means you will not be able to use any iCUE features, custom widgets, or system monitoring dashboards on Mac - only basic external display functionality.

No, iCUE is not support the full function on MacOS It can be as a second screen / monitor for Mac but you can’t use any function from iCUE on Xeneon Edge
