While most thermal pastes can last four years, it is typically best practice to repaste about every two years, or immediately after removing the cooler.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, This would depend on the usage of your system. However, under normal circumstances of general usage, you may expect this thermal paste to last for multiple years. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It can last 10 years or more. However, as it ages it starts to dry and not work as good as it did when you first applied it. Under normal use it should be good for at least 3 years until its performance will start to reduce.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That depends on the cooling system you are using and what temps your CPU is hitting
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would recommend re-applying thermal paste every 1-2 years.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.no, a yr or 2 is the expected lifespan before needing new application but as long as it doesnt dry out it will be effective
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Oh yes.. Not this thermo paste im referring to but thermo paste will last forever. I built a PC 19 years ago and it is still strong.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.General practice is to cycle out thermal paste that is in use once every four years. However the shelf life of inactive thermal paste that is not in use is 1 year. Be aware that the efficiency of the paste goes down over time. So a paste that is in operation for 2 years will run better than one that runs at 4. It is best to monitor if your cpu is getting too hot. It is recommended 4 because the loss in conductivity is considered enough that waiting longer is no longer worth.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Every two years under heavy use.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In my experience, high quality thermal paste will last four or more years. HOWEVER, to achieve this the system must be kept clean with adequate airflow.
