Q: QuestionDoes it arrive dead? And if so how long does it take until it can be used because I got mine yesterday and it’s been charging about 6-7 hours and everytime I check to see if it has any power the led lights will flash for one second and turn off?

• A:Answer Did you ever figure it out? Just had my daughter open hers. Hasn't turned on, except lights flash for a second. Charging it for 7 hours so far
