  • Motorized Pottery Wheel: 1. Prepare Clay: Wedge the clay on a moist day. Work on a covered surface. Begin kneading by pressing down, away from your body, using your heels and hands. Continue kneading until bubbles disappear. 2. Remove Air Bubbles: When the clay is moist, remove any air bubbles by pressing it underneath with your hands or using a towel. 3. Begin Wheel: When the clay is ready, place it on the wheel pedal and plug it in. Adjust the wheel's position and switch to the "ON" position. 4. Form Cylinder: Make a depression in the center of the clay using your thumb. Place the depression in the center of the wheel and gently spin the wheel to create the desired shape. 5. Paint & Finish: Your pottery creations are intended for decorative purposes only - not for food or beverages. Use various tools to create grooves and designs on your pottery. 6. Tool Rest: Attach a handle to the tool rest for easy handling. 7. Clean Up: After using the pottery wheel, wipe the unit clean with a damp cloth. Submerge the wheel plate in soapy water to clean it.
