Will this print as small as 1:148in null

Bill, Well, your stock nozzle is 0.4 mm and the smallest layer that I use is 0.1mm and 1/148th of an inch is 0.17162162162162162 mm I would say, YES! The limiting factor second to the nozzle is the stepper motor.
