• Yes, you can do that. The card is just a number, with pin code and exp date. You can use it online, of course you can give those numbers to somebody else to use it.

• You can buy the gift card and forward it to to grifter and they can call customers services department. This can be done over the phone. They need account number, name , phone ,number and PIN number . It will work hold on to your receipt until all credit has been issued.
