A:Answer Well the quality of the service provider also plays a big part. I have an older, less advanced Alcatel phone but I use Tracfone. Internet access is a bit slow and somtimes spotty, but it's nothing terrible. Phone service is generally good and the phone is clear. Text messages go thru with almost no problems. For the price I paid, I'm basically satisfied.
