It all really depends on what your old phone was. My old phone was a Motorola E2 from Cricket. The SIM card that phone used was bigger than the one this phone uses. Although it was easy to cut down after watching some tutorials online. However, if your phone has a Nano SIM you can just move that card(or your Micro SD card) into this new LG and it will instantly be recognized and you'll be ready to use the phone in a couple of minutes!

Please try again later.This phone uses a nano sim card so if your old phone also has a nano sim you could just replace the sim card from the old phone into the new phone and all will be fine, if your old phone uses a different sim format you would have to contact cricket to connect the sim that comes with this phone to your cricket account....
