When you pre-ordered did you see the steel book in your order? I found this out, that sometimes dlcs and steel books become available later after the preorders first ate available. I had to cancel orders before then re order to add the freebies. I got my steelbooks at my store, but yet to receive my dlcs for the switch, ps4, ps5. Yes i bought all versions
