You must be asking about the second (spare) sealing gasket ring for the lid...only use one at a time. These will pick up flavor from your food, so use one for savory dishes and the other for sweets.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You are one of the lucky ones. It is just an extra one to have. The silicone sealing ring is recommended to be replaced about 1-2 yrs or if it becomes too loose and not seal properly anymore. They are almost impossible to find. I'm still looking.
