“In the picture this turkey or chicken looks brown on top like from an oven I like that so does this have a browning mode crunchy on outside tender on inside ? Does the liquid inside thicken or watery after cooking ?”

It does not have a browning feature. It does have a sear feature you can use to sear your meat and then cook it the rest of the way in any of the settings. The liquid will remain liquid as in any other form of cooking. It is so easy to switch the cooking mode to simmer once the meat is finished and thicken the liquid for gravy or sauce, or whatever.
