“Can it cook food or only reheat food? I'm thinking tofu and veggies, stuff like that? And can or do you eat straight from it or put the food in another dish? Just curious. Thanks in advance!”

Haven't left plugged in more than a half hour so don't know if it can cook but it gets hot. I eat straight from the bowl just make sure you have a napkin or something to hold the bowl because it does get hot.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sure you can cook in it, but remember it’s a slow cooker. Just take the plastic cover off and Plug it in for several hours. Yes you can eat right out of the container. No need for any bowl or dish.
