Yes, you can hook up your Bose mini, not wireless though. All you need to do is plug it into the headphone jack. You'll need a 3.5 to 3.5 cord. It is the same as if you used your aux Jack in your speaker and plugged it into your headphone jack in your phone and played music. I have the same speaker, works no prob. You can also use the RCA Jack's if you have an RCA to 3.5 cord. I've used my Bose both ways and it sounds great.

It can be connected to a smartphone and then play music through the unit, but it can't be hooked up to external speakers via Bluetooth. Kindest regards,
