Hello, thanks for getting in touch, Some Azpen models are limited to 4GB or 8GB max and may have non-upgradable soldered RAM. If your current 4GB is soldered, you’ll need a free slot to add more. If it’s replaceable, you can swap it out. Unfortunately, The manufacturer has not specifically mentioned about this in the specs sheet and also Crucial has not tested this system so we are not able to guarantee the compatibility. We recommend you to reach out the laptop manufacturer for the exact details or open the back panel of it and check.
