Yes it is compatible with a caveat. This drive is 2.5in which is the industry standard and will work with any x86 pc. That being said depending on the year of you Lenovo thinkcentre (they make a new one every year) there may be a faster option in m.2 or nvme format. Secondly, this drive does not come with a USB to sata 3 cable for copying files. If this is to replace your current drive you will need one otherwise just install, format and partition and you are good to go.

Without a full model number, we are unable to guarantee that this drive will work in your system. As long as your computer is capable of using 2.5 inch SATA SSD's then yes this drive will work.
