It was tmrally made for PS5 OG or new Slim or a desktop case computer that has clearance and it can depend on yr laptop if it's a thin compact unit no definitely but some laptops like the thicker and bigger 16,17anf 18" ones might be able to pull it off cause it's not a super high heatsink but in slim laptops clearence coukd be an issue. Chk b4 you buy. Also if you get one without the heatsink just use a tin profile heatsink like the copper ones I used with thermal pads and bands did the cooling to fit my MSI thin laptop no problem at all.
