I connected mine to a MacBook Pro 2017 with Monterey and it worked correctly and without issue. I can’t say for sure with Ventura but I suspect it should work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it does. It comes formatted as exfat already, but you should use Disk utility to wipe and reformat it. The problem I had was it was being recognized as a boot disk and this was solved by doing a reformat to exfat. I have had no trouble switching this between Mac and PC since then.
