“The instructions dont give info about the turbo crisp tray. Do you use it every time? What's the purpose of it? I don't know how to decide whether to use it or not”

• Definitely use every time! It’s to make it crisp and plus say if you are making chicken wings, if you use the tray the oil is drained into the basket.
