DEFINITELY RESISTANT. NOT SURE ABOUT ALL THE WAY WATER PROOF. BUT MOST DEF FOR SURE RESISTANT. VERY VERY RESISTANT. MINES BEEN THRU SOME STUFF AND REALLY BAD WEATHER AND SHE'S STILL HERE KICKING LOL.

Yes, the waterproof rating is IP67 (up to a meter deep for half an hour).
