You have an option to rename it, so I think if you chage the name, then it may show up as that name and not as the Cube gps. I'm not positive though.

It can be detected by the LightBlue app. But you would need to know what kind of tracker it is to be able to find it on the app. When you open the app's Peripherals, all you get is a list of MAC addresses and you would need to know which one to look at to see that specific tracker.
