“I imported this coffee maker from the USA to South Africa. When I plugged, it worked for two minutes and stop working. Then I realized that South Africa input voltage is 230v while USA input voltage is 110v. Can anybody assist about what might gone wrong”

• The excess voltage voltage burned up the wiring.

• You just fried it completely. Appliances are made based off of using a specific voltage and you just doubled what it could handle. You need an adapter next time.
