“We just bought our Cuisinart 14 cup coffee maker. This morning it was making a clanking noise while the Cuisinart was making coffee. Also, As I sit here working I can hear this pot making a popping noise. This is our first Cuisinart Any advice?”

I'd say it's a good quality brand. I've had my old Cuisinart coffeemaker for over ten years and it's always been so quiet. It still works but I just wanted something newer and more modern-looking so I purchased this 14-cup one but it makes these loud banging sounds inside when getting to end of brew, strange. Called Cuisinart and the lady said it shouldn't do that and to return it so I did. I am buying the same one again to see if it was only that particular one making loud noises. I have read a few other similar reviews about loud sounds. :/ Some have said it's quiet so trying my luck to see if I get a quiet one this time. Not much help maybe but just sharing my experience. :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have purchase 3 in the last. The 12 quart lot was replaced by a 14 cup pot and one has since been returned but both make pop corn noises. I wish i had my 12 cup right bit I couldn’t change the water filter it broke taking it our. The water filter piece was in 2 pieces.
